Peter P.J. Ng A graduate of Chaminade University of Honolulu and Hastings College of Law (1964), Peter is a member of the Advisory Board of the Hawaii Tax Institute, the Hawaii Estate Planning Council, the Hawaii Uniform Probate Code and Practices Committee, the Probate and Estate and Gift Tax Sections of the Hawaii State Bar Association, and is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He frequently lectures to various groups and organizations on estate planning and holds an AV rating (the highest rating available) in the Martindale Hubbell attorney rating service. Jeffrey R. Niebling A graduate of Santa Clara University and Creighton University School of Law (cum laude, 1997), Jeff is admitted to practice in both Hawaii and Arizona. He is a board member and past Kaimuki Christmas Parade Chairman for the Kaimuki Professional and Business Association, Chairman of the Star of the Sea Early Learning Center School Board, a member of the Hawaii Uniform Probate Code and Practices Committee, a member of the Probate and Estate and Gift Tax Sections of the Hawaii State Bar Association, and frequently lectures business groups on estate planning, probate and conservatorship matters. Kauanoeokawanaao ("Noe") M. K. Fujinaka Kauanoeokawanaao M. K. Fujinaka graduated from William S. Richardson School of Law in 2007. She is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning section of the Hawaii State Bar Association. |
